I've moved comments from various other topics here. @Uyioghosa G Osagie, please don't spam with duplicate comments in different topics.

A couple of attached screenshots demonstrating the inability to apply to the job were lost when the comments were moved.

Thank you for your previous response. However, I would like to clarify that I have been unable to apply for freelance jobs for over 3 days now, so this does not appear to be related to the daily application limit.
I also received a notice about duplicate comments, which I understand and will avoid going forward. However, I would like to confirm if my account has been restricted or limited in any way.
Could you please check my account status and explain the exact reason I am unable to apply for jobs, as well as what steps I need to take to restore full access?
