why when i unsubscibed from a signal because nothing was showing no trades then the money is locked . and i submited a request they reject and the readon was the time expired to cancel the product and when i asked the AI bot that shoukd supoort he said the product should be purchaded after 24 hours is this a kind of scam
 

With MQL5 signals, once a subscription is active, the payment goes to the provider and refunds aren’t given if the 24-hour cancellation window has passed. It’s part of how the system works, not a scam.

If you think something went wrong technically, contacting support with screenshots is usually the best way to get it looked at.

No it’s not a scam.
You misunderstood

The thing is on MQL5, you pay for "subscription time", not for trades.
Once the signal is activated, the time starts running, even if no trades happen. So refunds are usually rejected.
