VPS Icon Inactive Despite Having MQL5 Balance

Hello Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with the VPS feature in MetaTrader. The VPS icon in my platform toolbar appears greyed out and is not clickable, even though I have an active balance in my MQL5 Market account.

Details of the issue:
- Platform: MetaTrader (MT5)
- Problem: VPS icon is inactive/greyed out
- Account status: Logged in to MQL5 Community account
- Balance: Available funds exist in MQL5 Market

Steps I have already tried:
- Verified that I am logged into my MQL5 account via Tools → Options → Community
- Restarted the platform

Could you please advise on why the VPS icon remains inactive and what steps I need to take to activate the VPS service?
