Hello,

I have registered my broker's account on the platform as a signal provider, but I get this message:


Authorization failed. Please check trading account data.


Can you please help? Thanks.

 
Signal account login, password and server name must match your broker's account login, password and server name
 

I had made a mistake when inputting my investor password. Now I am trying to create a new signal, using the same name and account, and I get a message saying that this account is already in use ... What can I do now? How do I delete the old account and re-create a new one?

Hello,

I have reviewed my recently published signal and noticed that the displayed growth rate (12%) appears to be incorrect.

Over the past three months, my account has experienced significantly higher growth, with controlled drawdown. The current figure does not accurately reflect the account’s performance and may therefore be misleading to users.

For context, my account activity includes multiple strategies as well as discretionary trades, which may not be fully captured by your calculation method.

Could you please clarify how the growth rate is calculated for signals, and review whether my signal’s performance metrics are being computed correctly?

If there is an issue, I would appreciate your assistance in correcting the displayed data.
