Can only login in forums using gmail, but not through username and password

Hi everyone! Having a bit of a pickle here. So if I recall correctly, I registered this account using gmail back in 2018. I've always logged in MQL5 using gmail so never had any issues. But when I tried to login using my username and password, it keeps saying "Incorrect login or password."

Things I've done/tried:

• Tried to use my username (Kamijou/kamijou)
• Password reset didn't do the trick. I went through the process multiple times, where each try mql5 emailed me a login and a password. Tried to just copy and paste those values but it still didn't work
• Doesn't work in both web forum and in mt5's community tab

Anything else I could've done? Should I ask this account to be deleted so I can create a new one again?

Did this as well. Changed my password in settings and received a confirmation email that said my password had been changed.

I then tried the new password with either username.

Make sure that you did everythig in correct way.
Because I changed password seveal times on this way, and it is working with not a problem at all.

(because it is prohibited to have two profies with two usernames).

I think I did it correctly? My sequence was

Settings -> Security -> Input new password and confirmation -> enter current password -> click save

Unless there's another flow for this, then I think this is correct?

And yeah, this time I only used "kamijou" as the username after I changed my password again using the sequence above. Still no luck.

As for the link you posted, he had issues because the email linked in his account didn't exist anymore. Whereas the email linked to my account right now is my main one.

Idk, maybe the change needs time to propagate? I'll try again later or tomorrow. In the meantime, I'll try to look for other stuff in the forum.

You do not need to do that.
You need to login to this forum by using your kamjiou login and your new password.
Same with Community tab of Metatrader: your login is kamjiou and your password is new password.
