I don't have a mobile MT4, so I can't check and confirm. But as a workaround, you can send notifications from a desktop MT4 to a mobile MT5 (which is why I've never had a mobile MT4).

I send messages with "SendNotification" to push Alerts from mql4 to the Android Mobile APP. It's working correctly from years.
Frome about 1 month i'm experiencing the following behaviour:
1) i send from my mql4 EA push notifications with SendNotification command to my Metatrader 4 Mobile APP Android
2) I correctly receive and i can read the message on MT4 Mobile
3) If i switch to other APPS leaving MT4 mobile in background and then return to MT4 mobile i can still view and read messages
4) If i QUIT MT4 mobile on Android by swiping the app away or clicking on "Close All Apps" and the i open the App again, the messages section is EMPTY and i cannot view old messages anymore.
This problem is occurring from about 1 month (january 2026).
I tried reinstalling MT4 Mobile on Android but the problem is still here.
My Android version is 16. One UI versione is 8.0
