Mobile alerts received from VPS dissappearing

Over the past two days, I have realized that when my EAs send me mobile alerts, they disappear from my mt5 message dashboard by themselves randomly in little to no time, which is strange considering they were operating fine all along. Does anyone know how to solve such an issue?

In Settings, make sure you have Content auto-download set to Always. If that doesn't work, I would reinstall the Mobile app.

To add to this, resetting the MT5 application can help, I've had something similar happen in the past
 

I confirm. I sent myself a push notification using a script, and the notification chat in MT5 for Android disappeared after restarting the Android app.

I also can't find the chat with notifications about freelance orders, although I received notifications yesterday and did not clear that chat.

I thought that was normal for push notifications.

On the iOS mobile app, notifications only appear as short-term notifications, that disappear as soon as you read them (on the lock screen or general notifications pull-down). They are never stored nor made available after the fact.

I did not know that on the Android app, those notifications were accessible afterwards in the app itself.

Seems, I have been using the wrong app. I have been using the "Channels" app, which does not store the notifications. The "MetaTrader 5" app does! Guess I need use a different MQID in the future for notifications. 😅

  • After restarting the application, the "Freelance" chat disappeared: <2.png>

Until yesterday, I could view the history of freelance notifications in the "Freelance" chat.

The fix will be available in the next update, which will be released within a few days.
