VPS stuck in 'started' state after failed auto-renewal - cannot rent new vps

Hello,

My VPS auto-renewal failed due to insufficient balance.
Now I have added funds to my MQL5 account, but the VPS is still shown as "Started" in MT5.

There is no active hosting period, but I cannot rent a new VPS because the system still thinks it is active.

Stop button does not work.
No renewal was processed.
No payment was deducted.

Please reset my VPS subscription status so I can rent a new one.

I do not know about your particular situation, but as far as I know - the migration/synchronization will start MQL5 VPS.
