Cannot rent VPS – Operation is unavailable (Balance available)

Hi Support Team,

I have sufficient MQL5 balance in my account, but I cannot rent a virtual server.

When I try to pay for VPS, I receive this error:
"Payment failed – Operation is unavailable."

My balance has already been charged successfully, but VPS rental cannot be completed.

Could you please help check my account and enable VPS purchase?

Deposit the necessary funds into your MQL5 account first and then choose the MQL5 way of payment during your MQL5 VPS purchase.

If you see a red warning message 'financial operations are limited' at the top of your profile page, you need to contact the Service Desk as Michael suggested, to lift this limitation in your account.
