Demo trading accounts are always free. As to "for how many days" so it depends on the broker (any trading accounts are related to the broker).

If you are talking about free demo accounts, the answer is that as long as you are using it and keeping it active, it will remain active. After it has been inactive for a certain period of time, it will be canceled or hidden, depending on each broker.
