HELP Please !!! Payment Problem

I purchased 1 month VPS from the desktop application. Instead of giving me access to it, now only the web site shows a balance of $15 in my account. When i try to purchase VPS it takes me back to the application where i already paid and there when i try to select MQL5 funds, i cannot select that option. It is some crazy round go round stuff. Please respected senior members if someone may help
