The only directory I can acces is desktop because it runs on a windows emulator, so I can't acces the folders it makes on the windows emulator?
Hello i have the same issue, my MT5 is not working at all - completely frozen due to the update - I have not found any news or info from meta trader about a fix

My MT5 Desktop app is now completely screwed after the recent update. It is now sluggish not responding to even the basic EAs and gets stuck rendering it totally unusable. So much so that even the windows explorer gets stuck. I have tried all solutions from re installing , windows update, clearing caches.
And NO i am not using any beta version nor checked for beta updates.
Anyone else facing this problem ?????
I just am sort of stuck in this problem. Even right now as i am writing this my windows is slowed like a slug due to stuck MT5 trader im background. Even the task manager stops responding. first i thought its my pc but then even my pc has got 8 gb of ram with an SSD . I dont know whats wrong please fix the issue for me MT 5 Team

My MT5 Desktop app is now completely screwed after the recent update. It is now sluggish not responding to even the basic EAs and gets stuck rendering it totally unusable. So much so that even the windows explorer gets stuck. I have tried all solutions from re installing , windows update, clearing caches.
And NO i am not using any beta version nor checked for beta updates.
Anyone else facing this problem ?????

Deary everyone on this thread... the moderator Alain has said in another thread that this issue has been fixed in the latest beta. The offending cause: the Blend crap has been abandoned in the newest beta, so update to latest beta or wait until the new release version is released.
The issue was that all brokers that i know of, had pushed a beta update to everyone.

You need to use previous release 5430, or the last beta 5574 where all these bugs are fixed.
Or wait for the official release which should come soon.

The issue was that all brokers that i know of, had pushed a beta update to everyone.
But I have already rolled back to previous version yesterday all worked fine, by this morning its been auto updated back to the sluggish crap, how to turn off mt5 auto update!!!!!
Please update to the latest beta (5574) this time as an exception. What I mean is continue using only the release versions starting from the next release, but use the beta until the next release comes out.
