search google for HOSTS file in your windows version. It might have mql5.com blocked. Some programs including some installers of mt5, as demonstrated many times in many threads here over the years, -- install mql5.com to be blocked.
Note your firewall or antivirus program(s) may have put this site in that HOSTS file also.

do you mean that you have multiple accounts on this website? if so, this is against the rules, and this could be your troubles. If this is the case, then your devices or ip addresses may be blocked by the site. In this case your only fix is to contact the service desk and tell them which account you want to keep and they will delete the rest, and you may be able to convince them that you are not a spammer or fraud person, and you may get them to remove any blocks of your devices.
The Problem i had started before i created extra Accounts - that was to see if i could solve the Problem....
i checked various Posts regarding the Service Desk. i simply can't see it!

i can Log into my MQL5 Account in a Web-Browser on my Tablet, easily, every time.
i am NOT able to log into my MQL5 Account on my Laptop - using the EXACT same Credentials!
i receive the Message "Incorrect login or password" on the Website
and "Login Failed" inside ANY MetaTrader Terminal (various Brokers)
- which means i can't install anything from the Market. :(
Another weird thing is that the Graphics of the MQL5 Website never loads properly! [see attached Screenshots]
i have tried clearing the Cache & History on Chrome / Edge / Opera / FireFox. Cookies are Enabled on all those Browsers.
MT4 and MT5 are Up-to-date (latest Versions installed).

Resetting Passwords doesn't help at all. Logins are ALWAYS successful on the Tablet [Android], NEVER on the Laptop [Windows 10].
i completely Disabled Windows Defender Firewall and all the Security Features of BitDefender. No luck!
i have been with 3 different Internet Service Providers in the past 2 years = which means i had different unique Static I.P Addresses.
There used to be NO issues on any Connection, Device, Operating-System, Browser, App.
This behaviour has been persistent for more than a year, and i have given up many times trying to figure out what went wrong.
These issues continue to baffle me! What could be the Problem...??
i would love to hear directly from MetaQuotes, but it seems they don't offer original Tech Support in addition to the limited Chat-Bot.
