Installing purchased EA on new MT5 platform

I have purchased an EA on the market, but it is not listed under "my purchases". How do I reinstall it onto a new MT5 platform? Thanks in advance.
 

If you purchased Market product under your username so it should be listed in your profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/salieri60/market 

But if you purchased EA by using Visa/Mastercard so it will be listed after day or two after purchase (because it is international payment and it takes time for the fund to be delivered to the Market). So, wait when this purchase will be listed here (in case you did it under your username): https://www.mql5.com/en/users/salieri60/market 

If your purchase is listed on your profile but not - in "My Purchases" tab of MT5 so you need to renew/update this tab by doing the following:

The purchased tab is only showing the last two purchases

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

  1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
  2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
  3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
  4. Open MetaTrader terminal
  5. Try to install product again

Make sure it is listed here and that you have remaining activations: https://www.mql5.com/en/users/salieri60/market

Please note that you can't install a MT4 purchase to MT5 and vice versa.

 
There seems to be an issue with their financial systems as I bought an EA and nothing for hours

If yes, what do you see in your MT4/5 terminal when you try to install it?

Check the Journal tab of the Terminal/Toolbox window for any messages or errors.

Its not there and it doesnt say purchased on the market page - but the amount is shown as paid in my profile and sitting there

Try to restart your device.

Do you see a red warning message at the top of your profile page?
