I have been charged two times for the same VPS subscription period

Dear Customer service,

i have one VPS account with 3 month subscription and i have disabled the auto renewal,

The system has charged my account two times for the same period,

Pls refund to correct the mistake...

contacts and requests are using robot which i was not able to raise my concern,

if there is email or channel to raise my issue to the service desk it will be appreciated to get it...

All the people are using this "Contacts and requests" with not a problem at, they pressed something and the boto proposed to create a ticket to the service desk.
It is less than 1 minute to do - look at post #11 (post #8 and many other posts).
