I do not know ... as I said - it depends on the error number in Metatrader journal.
For example, many users (incl myself) had error 403 so I wrote some summary blog-post about it - and it is related to VPS as well - because some VPS providers were banned from the Market.

The thing is i get 0 error in log. Just installation failed.

Any VPS provider tells that "we are fine" ... so you should find the reason by yourself.

If poeple get similar issue.
I copied the files EXPERT from the terminal on my my computer, where everything working fine and paste on the terminal in my VPS.
All are unlocked now, and i can download the EA i bought before.
