I recently canceled a VPS subscription and the refund was credited to my MQL5 account balance, not back to my credit card.

My current account balance is not enough to purchase the new EA that I want. I also cannot withdraw the balance because it is below the minimum withdrawal amount.

My question is: How can I use my existing account balance and pay the remaining amount with my credit card to complete a purchase? I want to combine both payment methods.

It is recommended to deposit necessary fund to the forum account/balance and pay directly from MQL5 account.
