I recently canceled a VPS subscription and the refund was credited to my MQL5 account balance, not back to my credit card.

My current account balance is not enough to purchase the new EA that I want. I also cannot withdraw the balance because it is below the minimum withdrawal amount.

My question is: How can I use my existing account balance and pay the remaining amount with my credit card to complete a purchase? I want to combine both payment methods.

It is recommended to deposit necessary fund to the forum account/balance and pay directly from MQL5 account.

You must contact Service Desk , as this type of support is strictly not handled through the forum.

Follow the prompts in the chatbot in the correct order. The system will eventually allow you to submit a ticket to speak with a support agent.

MQL5 VPS Payment Failed – "Operation is unavailable",                                                                             Dear MQL5 Support Team,

I am trying to purchase MQL5 VPS, but the payment keeps failing.

The error message shown is:

"Payment failed"

"Operation is unavailable"

I tried to make the payment using the Bank Card payment option, but the transaction was unsuccessful.

I have attached a screenshot showing the error message and the VPS payment details.

Please check my MQL5 account and let me know why the payment is being rejected and how I can successfully purchase the VPS.

I have been trying to complete this payment for the last two days.

Please also check whether there is any restriction or problem with my account/payment system.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

You can deposit some fund to your MQAL5 forum account/profile and pay directly from MQL5 by using (from) Metatrader for example.
