Can't Place Order?

When I open MT5 on my main comp, it says I can place an order and the box in red in the picture is what it looks like. When I connect the same account on my other computer, it doesn't allow me to place an order even when the main computer one is closed.  The box in red is grey and doesn't allow an order to be selected.  Is there an option I am missing?  I also saw that the title on the top  says DEMO ACCOUNT NETTING on my main computer and DEMO ACCOUNT READ ONLY NETTING on the secondary computer?

Select a chart of an active symbol (not grey, but black) from the MarketWatch window >> (right click) >> Chart window and then try the 'New Order' option again.

Now its visible, your account is 'read only', that means that you have logged into it with the investor password and that gives you monitoring privileges only, you can't place trades.
