When I open MT5 on my main comp, it says I can place an order and the box in red in the picture is what it looks like. When I connect the same account on my other computer, it doesn't allow me to place an order even when the main computer one is

When I set up an EA, I have specific timeframes that I want to be able to alter. When I switch timeframes in the backtest MT5 screen it gives me different results. Should it only give results based on the EA specifications? Which one do I use
