Why MQL5 website doesn't allow me to download an indicator/product?

When I click where it says 'Download' on the left hind side where the product/indicator is shown (picture attached number 1) automatically shows me picture number 2 but then nothing happen. The indicator does not get downloaded. I have already installed the MT5 in my computer.
And is not only with this indicator in particular, I tried any other different and the same I described before happen.
Please can you help me? thanks:)
