New Account Verification Issue

 
Please can someone help me out?  I requested for my MQL5 account to be deleted in the past and I created a new account on Sunday but I could not add my phone number to it for verification.
 

If your phone number was already used in the previous account, maybe it can't be used in that new one too.

The phone number was used in the previous account and I think they are not allowing it to be used with this new account because the previous email address was not allowed too.  Thanks for your assistance
