Refund

Hello,

I paid $18.15 today for VPS service #6702271 , then cancelled it immediately.
The amount is now showing in my internal balance, but I see that I cannot withdraw it since it’s not “earned” money.

I would kindly like to request a refund back to my card, since the service was cancelled and never used.
