Refund Request -wrong Deposit

 
Hello, I accidentally deposited money into my MQL5 account using my Visa card on April 7 and April 8, 2025. I haven’t used the balance to purchase any product or service. I misunderstood the system and thought I would be able to withdraw the funds later, but I now realize it is not possible. I kindly request a full refund of the deposited amounts back to my Visa card. at bottom of this site is a link "Contacts and Requests" you can contact the support team there. just be patient, they may take a week or longer to respond. Tell the bot that you have a financial issue.

EDIT: keep in mind that when you made the deposit the website gave you a clear warning that mql5 has nothing to do with your broker, it is not a broker, nor has it anything to do with your trading account. You tick a box to this effect before you can make the deposit button click. However, i wish you good luck. They can do this, however, you may get rejected for this fact. Usually, funds deposited are for spending on the site only.
