Activation Mismatch - MT5 Showing All Used While MQL5 Says 11 remaining

 
Hello MQL5 Support,
I purchased the Expert Advisor “<name of the product was deleted by moderator>” and my MQL5 account dashboard shows I have 11 out of 12 activations remaining.
However, when I try to install the EA on my MetaTrader 5 platform, it says all activations are used up.
I am logged into the same MQL5 account used for the purchase.

Please assist in resolving this issue. Thank you.

If you still have activations, restart your MT5 terminal, make sure that you are logged into the same MQL5 account and go to the Navigator window >> Market >> My Purchases to install your EA.

Double check that the activations you see are about the same platform version (MT5 and not MT4), that's a common mistake.

If you purchased the product and installed so you spend one activation. But activation will be lost because of major Windows updates, hardware updates and different authorization to the Windows (as a regular user of Windows or as admin for example).

If the activation is lost so you need to delete the product from Metatrader and install it once again from same Metatrader (and additional activation will be used because of that.

In the Windows operating system, different system configurations are provided for different authorization methods:

1. Authorization as a regular user

2. Authorization by the administrator

3. Authorization via remote access (even if one of the two accounts listed above is selected)

Therefore, each of these cases requires separate product activation, even if the Windows version has not changed and there has been no hardware update. Check how you are authorizing.

Besides, in case there is a huge Windows update coming, the admins may add an additional activation for all purchased products beforehand. they don't add activations personally - it is not provided, and it is not physically possible.
