i was upgrade my window but after that m install meta4 and loging my life time parched indicator not showing

I had purchased <...> AND <...> two indicators for lifetime but they are not showing now. I have installed new windows and logged in but those two indicators are not showing now and are not showing even in purchasing. Please help me. 
 

As I understand - those indicators are from MQL5 Market (for MT4), and you can use them according to activations available.
You can check the number of activations on your profile here: https://www.mql5.com/en/users/99990000/market 

 
If your Windows was updated (key updates) so the activation may be lost.
In this case - delete your Market products from your MT4 and install them once again (from same MT4 instance).
