I tried to withdraw funds from my MQL5 account to my Visa card, but the transaction was declined multiple times. I contacted support and they said I need to wait a few business days for a reply.
I’ve seen some people say they had this issue before could anyone who went through it please share:

What did MQL5 support tell you exactly?

Did you need to change any card settings or security options?

Was the issue related to location, payment processor, or something else?

Did the withdrawal eventually go through after retrying or doing something specific?

I'm from Latin America, and I had this problem for a week until I asked a family member in Europe to provide me a card so I could withdraw my money, and it worked.
Prior to this, I tried using a few Visa cards from other countries (under my name) that I was able to withraw a few months ago, but now it's not working.
I also spoke with HelpDesk and they told me we could use other's people cards but it was not recommended.
As for WebMoney, I wasn't able to do anything with it since my country didn't allow for these transaction (between mql5 and webmoney), I even verified my WebMoney account using my passport, giving me the highest verification status.

You are not a registered seller, so you should not have any earnings to withdraw.
Your account is also too recent to have accumulated enough earnings from sharing your computer resource for MQL5 Cloud, if that is the case.
