Only one account for each subscription.

No... Only one account per subscription... whether it is MT4 or MT5.

3) In case i want to update the input of my EAs, shouldn't i update in my local pc then sync with the VPS again?
Every time you want to change settings on VPS you will have to load those settings on your local PC first and then press migrate button.

Nice to meet you. I am new to MT5 and MQL5 VPS, i have several questions, can you please help to provide more information for me to consider the MQL5 VPS service:
1) If i subscribed 1 MQL5 VPS, how many trading accounts can i migrated to?
