I want to withdraw from the sale of a consultant and I can't

 
I sold a Meta 4 advisory expert and 7 days passed during which they closed the money and when I wanted to withdraw it was written that it is not possible and the account must be verified, knowing that I had verified my account when I wanted to download the expert for sale. Is this normal or is there a problem with me?

you need to ask support that question. The forum is mostly made up of just users like you and me. The moderators will also tell you to contact support.

can take a week to respond. and they dont work on weekends or public holidays.

describe your situation. yes, many sellers are having issues with withdrawing, and have been since 3rd quarter of last year; due to geographical location. This, i think, is mostly due to the US courts, late last year making such rulings that have many card processors around the world stop processing transactions with parts of the world. And then there is added Sanctions on Cyprus and other obvious countries. They still work for many countries, but also do not work anymore for many countries also. the absense of Paypal is the most obvious.

I’m facing the same issue. Below is the message I sent to support:

"I'm unable to withdraw my funds due to an additional verification process. I’ve been using this account for over 2 years and have made many purchases without any problems. I don't understand why this extra verification is now required, and the process has already taken more than a week without any update or resolution."

If anyone has a solution or knows how I can successfully withdraw my funds, please let me know. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Additional verification is the normal procedure which every verified user is passed from time to time so you should wait or write to the service desk (as required).
 
If anyone knows how long the additional verification will take, please let us know.
