1. IP-Based Geo location Behavior Monitoring
MQL5 can track:
Suspicious logins from multiple IPs/regions
Too many devices being activated in a short time
If someone logs in from 5 different cities or countries, flag for potential license abuse.
2. OTP / 2FA Enforcement
If MQL5 enforces two-factor authentication and alerts by default on:
Login from new IP/device
Excessive login attempts
it becomes harder to casually share login info.
well my product dont run on Tester xD, it confirms the scam by those fake websites, Not the hacking.
Smart. I suggested the option of disabling backtesting in EA's in another thread, even though this can also dissuade some buyers.
We understand your concern and appreciate your commitment to protecting the work of developers in the MQL5 community. Based on the images you've shared, we see the intention is to report suspicious activity and not to promote any third-party websites.
However, we kindly remind all users that the forum is not the appropriate place for handling such reports. To ensure your case is properly investigated and escalated if necessary, please contact the MetaQuotes Support Team directly via this link:
https://www.mql5.com/en/contact
You may attach the same screenshots and include any relevant details in your message. The legal and support teams are best positioned to take appropriate action.
I’d like to remind you that “notice to principal is notice to agent; notice to agent is notice to principal.” As a MetaQuotes employee or a contractor, your knowledge of this infringement report effectively serves as notice to the company.
Given your position, you have the ability to escalate these concerns internally without asking users to resubmit through support.

I believe there’s a misunderstanding about how things actually work internally. As a forum moderator, I follow strict guidelines and do not have access to the legal or compliance teams, nor the authority to escalate cases through internal channels. That’s simply how the system is designed.
I understand your reference to “notice to agent,” but please keep in mind that MetaQuotes handles all infringement reports exclusively through the official Support Team. The forum is not a legal communication channel, and posting here doesn’t initiate any formal process.
This is why I always direct users to the support form. It ensures the information reaches the right team in the proper way.
Just to inform fellow developers and community members: this fake website has still not been taken down and continues to operate freely without any restrictions.
These so-called “pirated” or “hacked” EAs are actually scams. They are not real copies or cracked versions of the original MQL5.com Market products. Instead, they are entirely different EAs, of extremely poor quality, a complete waste of time and money.
Yes, I’m aware that these EAs are not genuine, but many people might not know that. In my opinion, it should not be allowed for a fake and fraudulent website to use the names, logos, descriptions, and screenshots of MQL5 developers.
These actions must be stopped, and I believe it should be quite easy for the professional MQL5 team to take down such scams.

And it is very strange about the following: why did you decide to tell about it now only?
Why you did not post about it one year ago or more?
We (the forum users) were/are reporting about it to the service desk on regular basis (about such websites and telegram groups) during the past year for example ... and what about you? You did not care about it in past and did not help ... but you started to investigate it now only? Why?
Did you keep silence? Why? You did not want to report to the service desk together with us one year ago, but decided to open the thread for now?
It is really strange ...
----------------
What we (forum users) know about it by now:
----------------
So, it is not new story ...It is just the OP/you who wanted to arise this issue for now only (not year ago, not two years ago when MQ was banning the participants together with external VPS providers) ...
----------------
So, if you found something very new one or you want to inform about something you have found - so write to the service desk (with your technical proofs).
As it should not be public discussion about it (because the owners of those scam websites are here on the forum reading this thread)
----------------
So, it is for the service desk only sorry.
