No connection to the server

Hello, 


there is an issue regarding the connection to the server.

I am using my demo account with my broker all the time and no issues. then i connected my live account from the same broker and it worked. I received an email from my broker that my EA is making the server unstable. After i fixed this problem, i asked the support if my account is restricted and they said it is not. Then i tried to connect it again and it doesnt work anymore.


In the files attached you can see that the one account is coloured green (demo) and the other orange (live) , also when i open the live account in the lower right corner the server is shown where it shows this red symbol. 


How can i ensure that the connection is working again?

I already contacted them , but they said that they cannot help me with this issue.

The trading accounts are related to the brokers only (it is not related to Metatrader trading platform).

You can make network scan -

Ask your broker (in case you are sure that it is not your computer's bug or internet's issue).

And make network scan on MT5 (and select more suitable one):

But if it is related to the demo account so please note that many (most of) brokers are providing the demo accounts for limited time only, and demo accounts can easy be disabled becased on inactivity or any other situation. And if it is your case so you may open the demo account(s) once again (with one or many brokers for example).

If it is real/live account so the broker only can support.
Because the charts, the price on the charts, the symbols to trade, and the names of the symbols, and the time of the price on the chart, the trading account (and trading money/deposit/balance) - all of them are related to the brokers only.
