Cant speak in groups

I cant speak in mql5 groups where everyone else can theres just not a place i can message like a normal chat in a group im not muted or punished in the group the creator of the group has no clue


is it because i have not completed kyc or put id on my account?

I don't know if this is causing it but you might want to try your: mql5.com ==> Settings ==> Privacy ==> "Who can text me and add me to groups/channels"

Truth be told, I can't recall exactly what I did. I registered at mql4.com in about 2005 before the merger. At some point, I went through extra steps to register for the mql5.com Market which put my full name up as my user ID. The mods say that an actual photo ID has never been required, so...

Anyway, multiple users with generic screen names have Friended me and Messaged me here so I don't think that's the problem. I've never done the Group thing.

I do have a Metaquotes ID for receiving trade notifications on my phone from my desktop platform, if that's what you mean by "ID."

 

Correction: The mql5.com Market does in fact require a photo ID from Sellers.

  • To confirm their identity, users need to provide a photograph of one of the following documents:
    • passport (double-page spread);
    • ID card or identity certificate (front side);
    • driver's license (front side).

Maybe it is due to your low score. I know that there is minimum score to post images in threads, and another minimum score to post files in articles. so maybe there is similar minimum required score to post in chat room?

That’s probaly the reason how do I get my score up? I’m not a seller or anything just want to be able to talk in groups
