Mql5 automatically charged money from the top up account

Yesterday, I had a refund(39$) after cancel VPS subscription. Today, at noon, Mql5 automatically charged this money again without any permission, when I check the history of the payment, the system didn't have any payment. I just lost this money and didn't know why. I contacted service desk, but received no response now. Who knows this problems or how can I get the refund?

Besides, you can write to the service desk (on Monday) asking them about it.
Because we (the forum users) have nothing to do with any financial situation and so on. The service desk can check it only.
