2025.02.20 01:10:53.306 Network '...........': connection to MetaQuotes-Demo lost

 
hello i am mt5 user. 2 days ago, i try to open metatrader5 but i dont know why i cant

1.cant open demo account its impossible to click
2.and if i login with account its say 2025.02.20 01:10:53.306 Network '503374.......': connection to MetaQuotes-Demo lost

3.also its show no ping 

4.i have try every way to solve
-reinstall
-disable firewall,antivirus,
-try different account(its show the same even the real one)

pls help me thanks from my heart

MetaQuotes-Demo account is mostly used to update MT5 to the next beta build and to test beta builds.
And the trading accounts of the brokers (demo or live/real) should be used for trading for example.

Besides, demo accounts are provided by many brokers (incl MetaQuotes which is not a broker) for limited time only, and this limited time will be cutted to be very short time in case of inactivity for example.

hello, after 3 three day mt5 suddenly login success i dont know the reason now its perfectly working

Additionally, make sure you are using the version of MetaTrader provided by your broker, rather than downloading it from MetaTraders official website.
