For now - you can check this blog post

Many traders are using MQL5 VPS , and this VPS is having a lot of advantadges, for example - the traders do not lose activations when they  migrate/synhronize their MT4/MT5 environment to MQL5

Would it really help to completely reinstall the operating system? Or is there no other option? That would be very difficult for me...

I have now installed a completely new operating system, Windows 2025. Everything works, but I still cannot open the MQL5.com site. The error 403 is still displayed. Do you have any other ideas? Netcup support is not helpful.

It's not only your server. They blocked complete ranges of Netcup.

error 403: if it is issue with Community login in Metatrader together with impossibility to see/login to mql5 website so it is (most probably) - host file issue (my post on the thread).

So, I am suggesting to you the following:

--------

1) to quick read this blog post (just to check the IP of your external VPS for possible ban on the way as Zomro provider - it was explained on blog post about how to do it in very quick way), and if not (not banned) -

--------

2) check the following posts: with instruction about HowTo (many users were having similar or same issue, and they found the way to fix it), or -

It is useful. Seems to fix the problem

#17 helps to fixed the MT5 log in issue.

May I ask if the problem has been solved now? I also have a similar problem. I don't think it's because of the reasons listed above, but because the MQL website is blocked in the China region, so making those changes is useless。
