problem in login to demo account

hi

i have my login number and password for a demo account

but i can not login into it

and i have its image that you can see in attached file

please help me  i really need this account
 
I have removed your attached image. Don't display private information on a public forum. It will allow everyone who sees it to able to login into your account and do whatever they want on it.
 

Before you do anything, else please take the time to read the MetaTrader documentation.

Judging from your posting history, you have already been using MetaTrader for a while. How can you not know how to login to an account?

Please note that many brokers are providing the demo accounts for the limited time only.
So, open the other demo account instead.

If it is MetaQuotes-Demo account (I think - it is provided for the limited time only as well) - create the other demo account. But this MetaQuotes-Demo accounts are mostly used to update Metatrader to the next beta build and to test beta builds (because MetaQuotes is not a broker). And the brokers should be used to create/open any trading accounts incl demo ones.

Like you have been told, the installer on this site is for beta testing only. We often tell users on the forum to only use installers from brokers. You would know this if you had searched or read the forum as often as you have posted.

Yes, it is happened from time to time.
Because MetaQuotes-Demo account is provided for limited time only, especially if you did not use it during the long time.


You can create the other demo account, with broker for example.
But please note - many brokers (mostly all of them) are providing demo accounts for limited time too, and some of the brokers may make the demo account to be invalid because of inactivity during some period of time.
