Popup leads me to nowhere upon trying to purchase a signal

Upon clicking 'copy for 30 USD per month' a window pops up where I can click 'start copying in Metatrader', however upon clicking it nothing happens. The window just disappears and that's it.


Any advice is appreciated.

did you read and follow the instructions to join a signal service? Your description is missing any mention of a couple steps.

But first you need to confirm on your profile pages that the signal service is subscribed.
