I still can't download the indicator from the market - page 2

MT5 is using Microsoft Edge WebView2 together with Microsoft Edge (both of them should be installed on computer), and TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 (which should be installed too).

I personally had similar issue (but with error 403) on my new computer with Windows 11 64 bit, and I had to re-install WebView2.

I reinstalled Microsoft Edge and installed a new Microsoft Edge WebView2. The installation was successful and there were no error messages.


I also installed the TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 updates.


But then MT5 still reported the above error.

Community login should be made on community tab of metatrader - besides, your login is vikasarul because the link to your profile is https vikasarul. Com ------------------------ and i found the information about how the other users fixed it forum on trading, automated trading systems and testing trading strategies

installing edge does not ensure installation of newest version of webview2/3.

If you can confirm that the newest files are still installed after a couple reboots, then, good. But windows update might revert those files to old or previous version. So, you may periodicily, want to confirm those new files are still present from time to time.

have you confirmed that you still have unused activations?

Maybe you can go to the product page and download the demo to confirm the product is still available on marketplace?

I'm just downloading a free indicator.

  1. Have you checked the Windows Event Viewer, in both the System's and Application's sections for any error or warning messages?
  2. Have you checked your Windows Firewall logs for any rules that may be triggering when you try to download, or any settings that may be blocking it?
  3. Also check Windows Defender or any other anti-virus.

Thank you. I will check these. If it still doesn't work, I will check on another computer.
