Licensing Issue

Hi everyone,

I rented the "C... S... E..." indicator from the marketplace three months ago for a 3-month period. The day before the rental was set to expire, I extended the rental for another year. However, after completing the payment, my funds were locked in my account for 7 days. As of today, the 7-day lock has been lifted, but my MT4 instance is still showing that the license has expired.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have suggestions on how to resolve this?

Logout of your MQL5 account, restart your MT4 terminal, login into your MQL5 account again in MT4 >> Tools >> Options >> Community and check your purchases.
 

I never rented the products (I prefer to buy), but as far as I know - the status of the products (activations and so on) is listed on profile, and it is on this link for you for example: https://www.mql5.com/en/users/jakey/market 

1. If you paid for 1 year so check the Market/Purchased tab of your Metatrader for deleting this product and installing it once again.

2. If it does not work so - you can refresh all the purchases listed by using the following procedure, for example:

The purchased tab is only showing the last two purchases

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

  1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
  2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
  3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
  4. Open MetaTrader terminal
  5. Try to install product again

3. If you still have the problem after that - ask the seller for advice for example.
