Cant login to another account

I'm trying to login to another mt5 account but it keeps disconnecting and reverting back to the original? any ideas please?

You probably have the wrong credentials, double check the trading account number, broker/server and password.

These were sent to your email upon creation of your trading account.

You can see if you are getting 'invalid account' errors in the Journal tab of your MT5 terminal.

 
If the suggestions provided by our dear expert above don’t resolve the issue, please check that your trading account is not restricted by the broker.

If no specific cause or error is identified, I recommend downloading and reinstalling the latest version of MetaTrader from your broker’s website. After reinstalling, try logging into your trading account again—this often resolves the problem.
 

Thank you for your recommendations! I have checked the details, and have just downloaded the latest MT5 version last week, I have attached a pic of what the journal shows, it seems to connect and then disconnect for some reason, maybe because they are two different brokers? do I need to open anther copy of the platform?

Download the custom branded MT5 terminal from the broker's website, install it and use it to login into the same broker's trading account.

We can't see the entire Journal log, so we couldn't know what is wrong.

You can only be logged into 1 trading account at a time in a MT5 terminal and when you do the other accounts remain in the background, inactive.

Thank you thats sorted the problem! now I have two separate terminals running.
