Purchased EA is not displayed or installed in "My Purchase" in MT5

 
I did purchase an EA - [redacted] as below:
2024.10.22 15:37 1049.99

I have been unable to install it in MT5 Trading platform. It is not displayed in "My Purchase" in MT5, but navigates to platform when I click on link from MQL5 account.

I did raise a concern with Seller and advise to create an issue ticket for MQL5 to investigate and resolve. They responded initially with my account details request and have not responded to me since 23/10/2024. I need a refund since its over a week and I cannot see my purchased product to use effectively. The Seller sent me a limited version to install. However, this is not working as I envisage and still no EA displayed in "My Purchase" section in MT5 platform as attached.

Help is required to resolved this matter.

Have a look in the Journal log and see what error messages are being reported.

Is it for MT5?
