You have probably created another MQL5 account in the past and you have already used your current phone number in it and you have forgotten it.
Creating new MQL5 accounts will not help, as it is against MQL5.com rules and due to the fact that you cannot use that same phone number in other accounts too.
So, try to recover the first MQL5 account that you have created for this website, by using this link: https://www.mql5.com/en/auth_forgotten
If that doesn't help, try to contact the Service Desk in order to find and revive that first MQL5 account that you had created in the past.

It does not work. I have no idea what email I might have used for the old account so can't get a new password for it. And the ServiceDesk is just a stupid chatbot that is really annoying. Where did all the people go that you could talk to to explain the problem?? :-(((

Sounds frustrating, but this is likely about managing your own accounts - it’s your responsibility.
If you miss that simple step, no Service Desk can help.
Focus on recovering that original account to avoid duplicates and number conflicts - it’ll save you a lot of hassle.

I need some help as a new user.
I have opened an account and when I try to add funds I get an error stating that I need to add a phone number to my profile. When I do that I get a new error stating that "The phone number already exists"
and I get no further? I tried to create a new account but the same errors happen.
I'm lost here! What to do?
