From yesterday time to time get problem with open mql5.com . I have get error    "http error  403" 

First think may be something wrong with website, but  when ask another guy try to open - he normaly open web. After few houres I also open without problem. Today get the same...

Besides the above, also check if you have any notifications being sent to old or invalid MQID's.

This may sometimes be considered a DOS attack and cause a temporary network ban with 403 errors.

There is one blogs post about error 403:

it is about all possible reasons (about "why") and what to do - because it may be a lot of the reasons for example.

I personally had error 403 (in MT5) as well but I fixed it by re-installing WebView2 (Microsoft Edge WebView2 on my Windows 11 computer).
