I have an IC VPS with Windows 10, and i did all that

I did all that too in my VPS (Windows 2012 server) and in my computer (Windows 11).
And because of that - I know about why I could not see any purchases and why market tab was empty on my PC).

I am also trying the following when I install new Metatrader instance or when I buy new computer for example):

The purchased tab is only showing the last two purchases

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

  1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
  2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
  3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
  4. Open MetaTrader terminal
  5. Try to install product again
Besides, when I want to have/rent new external VPS so I am also checking about ban: because some VPS providers wehere banned from the Market so I check it before paying money to VPS provider (because he does not tell anything related to WebView2 and so on).

  • "what is IP address to login to my VPS? I want to check about the following: some VPS providers were banned from the Market ...".

If he replied to me: "What???"
so I will never pay to him.

Because VPS providers should know all those particularities in case he is providing VPS for Metatrader with the Market.

I do not know them.

It is difficult to select external VPS for Metatrader with the Market.
There are some (or many) VPS providers listed in internet (google) which are advertising about "VPS for Metatrader" and so on ... so they may know about what to check in this case for example.

But it is difficult to foresee as well ...
for example: I have new computer (not VPS) with Windows 11 with all updates installed (it was in summer this year), and I got error 403 and error 1001 ... and I had to go to my blog-post for the link to re-install Microsoft Edge WebView2.

Because, basicly, the MT5 should install WebView2 by itself during MT5 installation (so, we should not think about "any WebView2" for example) ...

Yes, it was some issues in past and admins replied:
"If Webview2 is missing, the terminal should download and install it. Maybe there's an issue with this functionality on some server version of Windows or the version of Windows in VPS."

So, if the person is using the latest build of MT5 - this MT5 should download/install Webview2 (according to the replies of admins).
If not so it is some issue with Windows on external VPS'es, or any.
