Trading Disabled , can anyone help me ? PLEASE

Hi I tested many of the robots that offers free MT4 forum and other types of blogs and doing backtesting and in a demo account all work great , but when I put the EA to a funding account tells me all the time that "trading is disabled" ( having the robot with the smiley face ) . I can't find a way to solve this problem, can anyone help me?
 

This 'trade is disabled' message either means that trading is not enabled in general in your trading account and you need to contact your broker about it or you have attached your EA on a symbol (EURUSD) that is not active for that trading account and broker.

Your broker may use another symbol with some suffix for the EURUSD symbol, so you need to find out which symbol is that and attach your EA on that specific chart.
