subscribe signal no open trade on my mt4

I start subcribe one of the signal provider and run on my on vps. but the provider open trade. i notice it didnt open any trade on my subcribe account. not sure why. anyone can help on this matter.

There are many factors/reasons, and it is impossible to advice anything without technical details (because you only know everything related to your subscription and so on).

About mapping.
You can check Metatrader journal (or in MQL5 VPS journal in case you are using this VPS), and if you found something as "position ... skipped as no symbol found" so it is related to the mapping.

In the   deviation/slippage   field, select an option and click   ok   in the   options   window to close it. Go to the   search area   of your mt4 platform, on the upper right corner (where the magnifying glass is), type in the name of the signal you want to subscribe and click   enter
