Issues with EA Functionality on Live Account

Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with an Expert Advisor (EA) that operates flawlessly on my demo account but encounters problems when switched to my live account.

Details:

• EA Name: alphastriker SMCKING

• Account Type: Demo (working fine) vs. Live (not functioning)

• Issue: The EA works without any problems on the demo account but does not execute trades or operate correctly on the live account. No changes were made to the EA settings when switching accounts.

I have verified that:

• Both accounts are separate and each is on its own dedicated computer.

• The activation code and other settings are correctly configured.

Could you please assist in identifying and resolving this issue? Any guidance or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

As I understand - the seller is not your friend (and he is not the very active user of this forum) ... So why did you buy from unknown person?
I have my personal opinion which I am explaining/expressing during the many years here: post #1
