Request for Refund Due to Unintentional Purchase and Lack of 3D Secure/OTP Confirmation

I am writing to formally request a refund for the Expert Advisor (EA) software that I unintentionally purchased through your platform. The purchase was made without my intention, and there was no additional verification step, such as 3D Secure or a One-Time Password (OTP), before the payment was processed.

I would like to confirm that I have not activated, used or tested the EA since the purchase. The transaction occurred unexpectedly, and I thought that a confirmation step would be required before any purchase could be completed.

To verify this, I ask you to log my activities on the MetaTrader 4 platform, where you will not find any record of activation or use of the purchased product.

I sincerely hope that you can assist me in this matter by processing a refund for this unintended transaction.

I am writing to request assistance with an issue with a product I purchased by mistake. Attached is a screenshot of the product in question. This product was activated due to a system error, and I never used or even launched it.

Please refer to my trading history, where you will find that I have not used this product in any way. As someone with limited English language skills, I ask for your help in resolving this issue.

Thank you for your reply and the ability to cancel the purchase within 7 days, but I would like to clarify that the product was activated immediately due to an unintentional purchase and I had no intention of activating or using the product at all and it was a mistake and the activation occurred immediately after purchase .

I confirm that I have not used, tested or handled the product in any way since its accidental activation. Please forward this matter to the department manager for further consideration as I believe this situation deserves a refund despite the activation.

I appreciate your understanding and assistance in resolving this issue.
