No charts on Android app

I suddenly can't see any charts on the Android app.

I can log in and see my account info including balance and transaction history. I can even place orders as usual.

The chart section though only shows a black screen with three big black and white candles that is obviously not a feed, just some kind of placeholder screen.

My MT4 was not the latest, but I updated it to the latest version and the problem remains. I've tried another broker too. The problem happens on both brokers.

I've been trading for years and never saw this before. What is it?

To obtain information about the current account there are several functions: AccountInfoInteger() , AccountInfoDouble() and AccountInfoString() ...
 
It's fixed. I had to remove and reinstall twice to make it work.
