We are the forum users, and have have nothing to do with IBAN.
Ask the service desk for advice about it.
 

There is no MQL5 IBAN, be careful because I see scam in the horizon...

We need more information. For what? 

If you bought a product on a different marketplace, they might be looking for your account ID to activate you as a valid user on the product.

How can you start a topic and say "A service is contacting me...what do I do?"
