Got scammed and my wallet got wiped out

I had a broker and account in MQL5.  It wasn't an issue to transfer money in but when I tried transferring money out from MQL5 back to Coinbase.  My wallet was totally wiped out.  I traced the transaction hash and can see another wallet other than mine that it was transferred to.  How can I file report and freeze the scammers account?  I understand the moneys gone but would like to stop this scammer from stealing from others in the future.  Are there any Cyber police I can contact regarding this matter?
 

Your MQL5 account here has nothing to do with your broker account that you had and they took your money.

MQL5.com is not a broker nor has anything to do with your trading account money, as it is indicated at the bottom right of this website.

You should contact your country's financial fraud department or police about it.

 
Cyber police don't exist and transactions are irreversible. People will contact you claiming that they can recover transactions, so dont fall for the scam. 
Contact coinbase support if you dealt with a legitimate coinbase wallet
